This special event supports local cancer patients across Aiken, Barnwell, Edgefield, McCormick, Orangeburg, Allendale, and Bamberg counties. Every step you take helps provide essential support to those in need within our community. Whether you’re running the 5K or walking a mile, your participation and generosity make a difference. All proceeds will directly benefit our local cancer patients, helping them with vital needs during their treatment journey.
